Hider does have hyperthyroidism. I'm going to research this and will probably give thus vet a call.

Here's a panda from the San Diego Zoo. The bloom had just worn off the exhibit, we viewed the pandas for an hour.

Oh wow! Sheesh! That makes me feel bad because sometimes I forget to give my cat Tula her hairball stuff! I think I need to be more up on that!

We were lucky, though one panda was off exhibit, we still spent quite a big of time here, and
no line.
It appears that this was caused by hairballs

- Sorry, David, no Hondas! We get that question EVERY day! There is no good Honda Shop in SF anymore. "Rising Sun" is good and does Hondas only, but he is a one man show and he is not taking new clients.
This is a HUGE opportunity for a young, eager, talented mechanic here in SF! To open a GOOD, reputable Honda Shop like we have Toy Auto Man for Toyota/Lexus only. This is a gold mine for the right person! All people (like you, I am sure) want is someone to TRUST with their car. We have that trust. When Stephen tells people they need x,y and z, they listen because they trust us...it's a great thing. I wish I knew where to send you with your Honda.

Good Friday morning, David.
My vet just called me back, she was off yesterday. She's on the ball, I tell you!
YES, Rico has been checked for hypothyroid and it was normal. He is due for his "every 6 months blood work" again in June where we always check the levels of the drugs for the epilepsy and his liver values. We are going to check him for the hypothyroid again then.
I almost wish she had told me that he had never been checked for the hypothyroid because it would have given me hope we may find help for his seizures. On the other hand, I am so happy she had already thought of that though we had never discussed it.

Hider's tummy ache
My 16 year old black cat, Hider, is just now getting over a very angry GI tract.
We noticed that she wasn't eating or using the litter box, starting last Friday. I took her into the vet's office and she got fluids, an antibiotic injection and an appetite stimulant.
That worked for Saturday, but Sunday, she has very bad diarrhea and very green vomit.
She spent Monday and Tuesday in hospital getting treatment for possible pancreatitis. I brought her home Wednesday. I'm continuing her treatment… Continue
