A Dog For Santa Fe!

Ace is an 8-month old, male, Golden Retriever, with a winning personality!  This young dog got out of his yard and was hit by a car.  Unfortunately, his owner was unable to meet the costs of a broken pelvis and signed him over to one of our local vets.  With assistance from our local orthopedic specialist and the great care with the facility he is at now, this boy will be ready for adoption in 2-3 weeks.  Please contact the kind folks at the Santa Fe Animal Hospital at 505-820-2232.  And…See More

I don't remember having any differences with you...and I think we surely wouldn't disagree over TNR?

Hi Donna.  Can checks go to Dew Paws instead of the vet?  Does DP still have non-profit status?  Address?

You're looking for Karen Cain. Her cell phone is 501-4933. (I only know this because I got an email this morning about her need for funds.) Sloan called her, she was too busy to talk, so Karen will call Sloan back when time permits. I'm sure Sloan will post the info once she has it.
Good luck!!

Hi Donna,

Sorry, I'm not the Karen you are looking for. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with the person you are referring to but I would like to be so that I could pass along the information. Sounds like she provides a wonderful service. I considered myself pretty 'plugged in' to the animal community, but apparently that isn't the case! :) I wisih you much luck in finding her.
