The red backpack in the hall is mine! I hope Judith didn't forget to take some toys. We are getting away from the Santa Fe junipers.
I am not sure what junipers are, but maybe that's the reason I'm sneezing.
I can't have any food before a plane trip, but I am so excited I am not the least bit hungry. In a few hours I will be putting my paws in the ocean. What a big adventure.

It is hard to wake-up in the morning and not find Chutney waiting for me. The house seems empty, but then I find some of her toys and feel better.
Even though I am Judith's service dog, I share my love between her and Philippe. That's easy!
Anyway, I am a very busy dog. I continue to be a "docent" at the Georgia O'Keeffe museum and also go to a lot of restaurants and movies. Although I weigh 57 pounds I can curl-up anywhere and make myself comfortable.

My dearest friend and companion for three years was put to sleep yesterday. Chutney was 13-and-a-half which may be a good age for a dog, but she was always a puppy to me: following me around, nuzzling, playing outside. But, we never stole each other's food!
Judith, Philippe and I are very, very sad. Soon I hope we will only remember the good times. For now, we are happy that Chutney is not in pain and are sure she is peacefully sleeping in dog heaven.
