Emma came home!

Emma returned home this morning at 5AM; we had left her dog door open all night in the hopes that she would come home. She seemed happy and fine when she came in; I guess we will never know where she was for 16+ hours. We are just grateful to have her back and hope that other people who lost their dogs on July 4th will be reunited soon.

Our beloved, sweet pit bull is missing

This is all new for me; my dog Emma always stays close to home. Our beautiful 6 year old black/white pit bull got scared this afternoon by the fireworks while she was outside. We live in a little cohousing community (Tres Placitas del Rio) on West Alameda (1710 W. Alameda) and although our property is fenced she could get through the fence if she wanted.
