Karen Waters, Animal Communicator has not received any gifts yet
The biggest question people ask me is "What exactly IS an Animal Communicator?" Here's the short version... Animal communication, also known as Interspecies Telepathic Communication, simply is the ability to converse between different species using a universal language of telepathic means. It can be helpful in resolving behavior issues, emotional and physical traumas, health challenges, end of life issue, etc.
Animal communication does not involve diagnosis of physical illness and should not be used as a substitute for veterinary care. It can however work as a support system towards gaining better understanding of what our animals want regarding their health related issues, or any other topic for that matter. I also stress to my clients that I am not a psychic and can only tell them what their animals can, or want to tell me. For instance, I can tell you where it hurts, but I probably won't be able to tell you why...that is where your vet comes in...
I believe that anyone is capable of communicating with their animals telepathically...it is something we are born with, but don't remember how to use. All we need is the willingness to learn to understand how we 'hear' them.
I offer private consultations by phone, in person at Olive Branch Animal Hospital or by housecall. I am a Reiki Master and offer Reiki for Animals which is another wonderful way to support them with emotional and physical issues. I also facilitate workshops in basic animal communication and have two more workshops happening in 2008. There are even some people on Santa Fe Scoop who have taken my workshop, but don't worry...your secret is safe with me...

Hmmm...maybe that wasn't so short after all! :)

Some lady named Jeannie just came by and dropped off books...I asked where she heard about it and she said somewhere from someone out in Cerrillos???
If you get a chance, look at today's Santa Fe Reporter, a lady named Marcia Beverly is a friend of mine, she is the head of display advertising, she heard about the book sale and ran a quarter page full color ad FOR FREE! Page 40! I am overwhelmed by her generosity!!!!
Thanks to everyone helping the shelter! I am so happy I can do this here at my business!
