What kind of pet do you have and what's his or her name?
Two dog pound rescues... Moose, a Great Pyrenees/Golden mix and Rudy, a German Shepherd Great Pyrenees Mix.

I'm glad to to hear that the police look out for our pets. Yes, we do need to use common sense. My dogs have traveled tens of thousands of miles across the country with me in all seasons, but it sometimes hasn't been easy to make sure they weren't in harm's way. I've eaten many a meal at Sonic because I couldn't leave them in the Tahoe.... and I'm a vegetarian! Good to be on board. Leigh

I'm new here and have heard that I can't leave my dogs in my car when go into a store even for a few minutes in the winter. Is this true? Thanks, Leigh
