We are gearing up for the horse breeding season as we purchased a very high quality, proven thoroughbred stallion last August.  We don't breed dogs and cats and would never consider it especially since I am a shelter employee.  We did our homework with our stallion prior to purchasing him and will only stand him to a limited number of top quality mares.

I will keep you in mind for pet sitting of my two cats when I might have time to go see my two Arabs in Colorado. They are both from the Colorado barns where I found them and still enjoy short times outside; but since I feed the birds this time is under observation only; I know they would love to be back on a ranch with the horses and dogs running freely. Sometimes I would also.

I collected birds (small soft bill in large aviary) for over 27 years: I love the presents of birds, had a large Umbrella Cockatoo named Socrates and two Cockatiels.

Pete is a big brown mutt from Espanola. I have been taking him to Brae Mar and he comes home in good shape but the sleeping portions of the kennels are rather small for a 106 lb. dog.
