English Bull Terrier - JONAS - Missing. Tiera Contenta area of Santa Fe.

JONAS went missing on Saturday. October 26. He lives on Los Milagros Ave which is a small street between Los Milagros and Paseo Del Sol off Airport Rd in Santa Fe in the Tierra Contenta housing area. He is a friendly three year old English Bull Terrier who has gotten out before but usually stayed in the neighborhood. Owner is frantic please respond to post if seen or found. Spleen Tumors - Very Common and Can Kill a Dog with Little Warning

I am writing this in hopes others can avoid this happening to their pet.  My nearly 12 year old dog, Marlin died from a bleeding spleen mass early this morning very suddenly. He had some symptoms in the preceding days but I had attributed them to other things.  If I could go back believe me I’d have done things differently.


If your dog is having weakness in his hind legs and is drinking more than normal, it could be a spleen tumor that is bleeding.  Other than that, Marlin…

Need advice for a friend

A friend is moving to NC from NM.  He has 2 dogs, one of them freaks out when he puts her in the car and since he is driving, doesn't know what to do.  He's thought about tranquilizers but isn't sure about it.  Does anyone know of anything else he can try?  If he can't figure it out I think he'll try and find her another home.  This would be sad since she loves him & the other female dog.  Thanks for any help.

Great dogs looking for homes

The Santa Fe Animal Shelter is taking dozens of adoptable dogs to multiple events in the community this weekend in hopes of making matches.
