I am still looking for a new home for my beloved red heeler, Lucky.

As you already know, I am looking for a home, where Lucky can truly bond with a human again who understands the needs of a herding dog. His understanding of heaven is to be exercised, off leash, hiking in the mountains or running next to a bike. He is extremely intelligent and loving and gets along with dogs and cats.

I am new to this forum and I am sad that I just joined it, with a difficult request to begin with.

I have been the mom to a wonderful 2 year old red heeler boy, whom I rescued from an unfortunate situation. Even so I had already three rescued dogs back then, he stole my heart in a blink and my efforts to find him a forever home, were put to rest.
