Dog Park Conditions

Today, late morning, the main area was a mess I almost turned away again, but then stopped and headed down the arroyo where it was perfect, no mess, no puddles, no unbearable amounts of mud. The dog park keeps defying my expectations, I get surprised again and again. It's worth seeking out the roads lesser traveled!

hot news from my mailbox, available for adoption:

I found a beautiful reddish Golden Retriever in the street yesterday and brought him home. He's now at the shelter, his people haven't claimed him yet. He had a beautiful collar on, jewelry quality, silver and turquoise, but no ID. If you know anyone that wants a gorgeous, sweet, untrained, but trainable Golden there's Milo at the shelter, as they are calling him.

Protest Whole Foods Dog Bone Prices now up to $3.99!

Protest Whole Foods price for frozen, packaged dog bones now up to $3.99! Because they think they can, it is one of their hottest selling items (I will no longer buy.) Call Santa Fe Whole Foods store: 505 992 1700. Meanwhile any suggestions for alternatives? I like the tiny, maybe 1 inch bones for my small dog and they are hard to find.
