Foster Home Needed for a Special Needs CAT

Mr. B Sassafrass needs a foster home. He has renal issues and gets sub-cutaneous fluids every other day. He is very sweet and personable, the shelter staff LOVE him and want him to go to a nice foster situation. If we can find a foster home for him, then he can be transferred to a rescue group. Experience administering sub-Q fluids is required. Thanks for looking!
