Missing/Lost CAT in the Sawmill Road Area of Santa Fe

Large cat light-colored with orange ears and blue eyes (he is a flame-point siamese / tabby mix) escaped from the house on Sunday night 9/12 in the Sawmill Road area. Last seen wearing a blue collar (but they can always come off).

He lost his home and was just adopted to a new home and is scared and disoriented. Please respond to this ad via craigslist or contact or call 316-cat1 (316-2281). Thank you for reading!

Guess who Animal Control found a few weeks ago? Mr Clicquot! I bailed him out of the shelter a few days before Thanksgiving and am fostering him. He is a wonderful cat! So affectionate. And those beautiful blue eyes! A very very happy outcome for this sweet guy!

Erika, Claudia & Julie - Thank you so much for looking out for Mr Clicquot. Randa has been looking around Mozart's Garage for him yesterday and today. There is a lot of brush there and hiding places. He was just adopted out from SFAS in January!

Here is the whole story:
Someone saw a cat on the street (the one that is listed on CL as FOUND) and thought it was Mr. Clicquot, who is the LOST F&F cat on CL. Mr. Clicquot has not been seen since he finagled open a door and took off on Sunday night. And he has never been an outdoor cat. He escaped from Rancho Vizcaya Apts. Anyway, Kate, the person who Mr Clicquot escaped from, was called and went to look for this FOUND cat, who came right to her. She took it to the vet and found out that it is a female without a chip. Mr Clicquot is a male with a microchip. Kate is now looking for the owner of this female cat. (What are the odds of having these 2 identical cats missing at the same time?). Mr Clicquot was very upset the last time I saw him on Friday night. His dad dropped him at Petco without any warning, he was confused and distraught. He is a very sweet and gentle boy. I'm going to make some large signs this weekend and put them around Vizcaya apts. Let's hope that he has found a kind person to care for him...

Yeah, I saw the ad on CL...called the phone number here on Scoop...general mailbox for Felines and Friends....message said they don't check it that often...I drove over to The Cat Dragged In thrift store and asked Ben to call Bobbie Heller which he did, he talked to her in person, she said wrong cat, wrong all seemed so hopeful to me....there aren't that many flame point Siamese! And both had blue collars....I left another voice mail for the girl (Katie) who has the cat listed on CL and said, if Felines and Friends has already been there and told you for certain that it is NOT their cat, you may want to add that to your cl posting or you are liable to get a lot of phone calls...

Oh well...I was hoping too!

I heard through the grapevine Claudia was on this today and sounds like they are different genders. Hopefully we'll get an update soon.
