Well your story certainly has me on the edge of my seat waiting for news. The scared dogs I've seen running from fireworks seemed to stay on main roads, but every dog is different. Maybe some prefer to stay away from people and go down the arroyos. Of course I'd be less likely to see a dog running down a remote arroyo which is why I've probably only seen them on main roads! I will always be looking. Do you have a flier at Gruda Vet? Please keep us posted!

The trail seems to have gone cold, Julie. We've covered the area really thoroughly around Turquoise Trail Court and Ron's Road and the surrounding area which is behind the fire station across from San Marcos Feed Store on Highway 14. She was last seen in the AM of the 4th around there.
Jan seems to think that maybe with fireworks, she bolted and could have run across country. I'm going to El Dorado now and get some posters around over there.
I just really don't know where to look anymore. My feeling is that someone has her. I just hope that they do the right thing and are trying to find me, too.
