Santa Fe Scoop

I have had many cats over the last 30 years, but I have never seen any of them do this! My guess is that the bowl is too deep? I have heard cats don't like their whisker to touch the side of the dish when they eat?

Gosh, it is a big and deep bowl. I feed my cat at various times throughout the day small amounts in small dishes. It seems less of a risk for the cat to throw up after eating. Your cat is very beautiful and obviously very happy.

she's always eaten like that - even when she was a kitten. I've had other cats who would do that occasionally, but Tula ALWAYS ate like that. So cute, but weird.

Ha Ha Ha, I have one that does it too!!! Except mine picks the food up with her mouth then drops it on the floor for the eating.
